I’ve recently had an enquiry at one of my other schools for space to hire for a fitness boot camp.<\/p>\n

I am really impressed with this enterprising individual who has come up with a business plan which involves running several group sessions per week, and bi monthly all day sessions on a Saturday.<\/p>\n

I think every Schools Plus school could accommodate this sort of booking and I’m hoping to find someone to start one at Moulton. \u00a0Our Gym is perfect for setting up a fitness class and the following equipment is fairly inexpensive for someone just setting up:<\/p>\n

Medicine Balls<\/div>\n
Mats (we could provide these)<\/div>\n
Weights<\/div>\n
Bars<\/div>\n
Cones<\/div>\n
Boxing Gloves and Pads<\/div>\n
Cones<\/div>\n
Skipping Ropes<\/div>\n
Battle Ropes<\/div>\n
Kettle Bells<\/div>\n

This coach will be running Boxercise, Core Conditioning and circuit training classes and will be able to use the outside grounds when the weather is good, and to mix things up a bit. \u00a0Sounds pretty appealing to me!<\/div>\n

I think this is a great idea, and I’m sure it will be very popular. \u00a0Are there any fitness coaches out there looking for a space to run their classes? \u00a0Our gym can be hired for \u00a325 per hour for this type of class and providing you have all the equipment, would be perfect as there is access to a small outdoor area which \u00a0could be included in the price, especially now the nights will be drawing out. \u00a0The facility is also separate from our sports hub, so classes are private. \u00a0Interested? \u00a0Give me a call on 07889 352972.<\/div>\n
