New Customer FAQ
Every day at the Customer Contact Centre we’re lucky enough to receive hundreds of booking enquires. These enquires are often a mix of both returning customers and new customers.
Sometimes we find that new customers don’t always know what to expect when they first get in touch with us. So we thought we’d put together a common selection of frequently asked questions to help give you an insight into a typical conversation with us.
How Do I Get in Contact With You? There are three main ways to get in contact with us and start your booking process.
You can get in contact with us directly by Phone on 0345 222 2323 or you can Email us on email@example.com.
Alternatively you can fill in a booking enquiry forum which you can find by following the link after clicking Enquires on our website. We will then email you back after reading through the enquiry.
When Would Be Best To Get In Contact? Our Office Hours are Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm so any time which suits you between those hours.
If I Emailed When I Can Expect A Response? Our Email Inbox is often very busy, but we always aim to respond within 2 working days.
Who Will I Speak to? Whether through Phone or Email you will be put in contact with one of our Customer Contact Centre Operatives. Our Operatives are speciality trained to provide you with the best possible customer service throughout your booking.
Can I Book Immediately? Yes! Subject to a few questions and venue confirmation it is our aim to have you booked in by the end of our first phone call.
What Questions Will I Be Asked? We’ll require some personal details such as your name for our records, the name of your booking, an email address and phone number to reach you.
Will I Need a DBS for my Booking? This is decided on a booking by booking basis.
Do I need to pay VAT for my Booking? Again this will be decided on a booking by booking basis.
How will you expect payment? For bookings in advance we use a system called Go Cardless.
For bookings that fall within 30 days we switch to a system called World Pay.
Can You Provide Venue Suggestions For My Booking? Yes! We are more than happy to help you find the most suitable venue available from our catalogue.
