One of them is the weekly Minfulness Meditation sessions hosted by East Finchley Altogether Better. Mindfulness Meditation is a way of learning to be in the present moment and accept things as they are. Through mindfulness, participants can find peace in their daily busy lives and make a connection with themselves and others.<br \/>\nEFAB&#8217;s Mindfulness Meditation sessions are run by experienced meditators and group leaders who are giving up their time voluntarily.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.schoolsplus.co.uk\/archeracademy\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/39\/2016\/08\/mindful.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-396\" src=\"http:\/\/www.schoolsplus.co.uk\/archeracademy\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/39\/2016\/08\/mindful.png\" alt=\"mindful\" width=\"280\" height=\"180\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">So if you&#8217;re interested in learning to still the mind and relax the body with mindfulness meditation. Join the sessions weekly!<br \/>\nDay: Tuesdays<br \/>\nTime: 7.30pm &#8211; 9pm<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">New sets of five sessions are starting up again in August:<br \/>\nReturnees who have done the beginners course: Starts Tuesday 16th August to Tuesday 13th September<br \/>\nNew attendees: Beginners course starts Tuesday 23rd August to Tuesday 20th September<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">East Finchley Altogether Better (EFAB) is a local networking initiative for all the people in the neighbourhood.
