If you were stranded on a desert island and could only bring 3 things, what would you choose to bring and why?
A very large box of matches to start a fire, cook on and keep warm. A strong fishing net to catch some food and a hammock so I don’t need to sleep on the sand. If I can ensure that my basic needs are met, the fun stuff can come later!

I love the fact that we all work hard for such great purposes – to Maximise Educational Facilities which raises valuable additional revenue for schools to help children and the future. We have a team of amazing people who are inspiring and dedicated. I love the flexibility of my role and the difference I can make to both the schools and the local community.

Without sounding like a cliché every day is most definitely different, which is what makes my role so great. Making sure the sites are run with operational excellence is a big focus and ensuring that my team are happy, motivated and focused is very important to me.
Along with these, other regular tasks include Marketing to increase revenue, liaising with customers, communicating with the schools, Daily administration and phone calls. I am available at all times, from morning until night to ensure the schools, my team and our customers have full support.
What’s your favourite film and why?
My all-time favourite film is Jerry Maguire. Its my go to duvet day film with a great story the famous saying ‘You had me at hello’. With Tom Cruise, Renee Zellweger and the cutest little boy Ray it is a fab cast too,
