Hi, I’m Alicia.
I started with Schools Plus several years ago now, coming from a background of credit control, but having studied events management. I have the experience of more than 25 years of customer service experience which I’ve been able to apply to this role.
As a venue manager with Schools Plus, I’ve been on a continuous learning journey, with every day being different to the one before.
