It’s that time of year again when official school examinations are sat and tables & chairs need to be set up. It’s all about the art of good eye co-ordination and using simple Maths to symmetrically line up each row and column to a pleasing finish. In the process did you know that you are actually doing a workout by burning calories from moving furniture? It’s almost like a low level circuit training impacting on triceps, abdominal twists, back extension and knee bending. I certainly have been waking up some muscles from out of hibernation!
