FRIENDLY PILATES CLASS
Join this friendly results-based Pilates class every Thursday from 7pm – 8pm at The Globe Venue. Drop-in cost is £12 or you can save even more by buying 6 classes in advance for just £60.
If you experience lower back pain, tense and aching muscles, weak abdominals, reduced energy or bad posture then this Pilates class is exactly what you need every Thursday evening.
A low impact form of exercise, Pilates is designed to condition the body and connect the mind with the body. It corrects muscular imbalances, improves posture, tones the body and aids a good night’s sleep.
