The boot camp was full of important<\/div>\n<div>information which some of the Schools plus staff may have already known and some that was<\/div>\n<div>completely knew to us.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The day was not your average boring training day as Robert Sladden and Lisa Berryman made sure<\/div>\n<div>that the weekend was full of small fun things to keep us entertained, such as quizzes and fun<\/div>\n<div>activities for example, different ways as equipment should be moved around in the safe and<\/div>\n<div>appropriate way , also what we should do if there was a fire.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>We also role played different scenarios for different issues that could occur within the schools plus<\/div>\n<div>company, for example dealing with staff issues and also customer issues. To end the weekend we had<\/div>\n<div>the pleasure of meeting the famous James Woods himself. He was wonderful to talk to and made us<\/div>\n<div>all aware that this isn\u2019t your average company and that we are a team and we are a strong team that<\/div>\n<div>should work together and not feel afraid to being new ideas to the table, which could improve the<\/div>\n<div>company.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Within the globe site itself, we have just had the first ever school fair which went great. There was an<\/div>\n<div>amazing outcome allowing the school year to end on a wonderful note.
