Evening Yoga
Purple Tiger Yoga is pleased to announce a Sunday evening class at HAB, every week from 6-7pm, in the gym.
There are so many benefits from doing yoga. Not only does it open and stretch the body in a safe way, it helps to combat stress, depression and anxiety, as well as deeply relaxing you and helping you to sleep better. So why not come and join us for a gentle yoga practice on Sunday evenings?
Each week Terry or Claudia will guide you through a series of poses to open and relax the body. Terry teaches a gentle, grounding Hatha flow, with the movements following the breath. Claudia’s classes explore a few poses with props and support, ending the class with a 15 minute Yoga Nidra, also known as Yogic Sleep, to deeply relax and replenish the body. The perfect way to prepare for your week ahead.
The classes are suitable for adults at any age and any level.
