We are delighted to announce that we are now working alongside Westcliff High School for Girls, located in Southend-on-Sea!
Westcliff High School for Girls is both a historic and highly successful institution. They were first established in 1920, meaning they are just short of one hundred years of schooling history, before moving to their current premises in 1931.
The school has achieved a great many things in their history including a recent Ofsted report which labelled them Outstanding! In 2014, Westcliff High School for Girls achieved the second-best GCSE marks in the country.
Let’s take a look at the new facilities now available for hire! Starting off with the Sports Hall, this multi-functional sporting venue has the equipment and markings to play the following sports; basketball, badminton, indoor football and netball. The hall could also be a perfect home for martial art classes, children’s birthday parties and a host of other active bookings.
The Dance Studio at Westcliff High School for Girls is a bright and spacious studio, perfect for fitness classes and dance rehearsals. The purpose-built studio comes with sprung wooden flooring and has a single mirrored wall and a whiteboard available for use, making it the ideal home for dance and fitness at Westcliff High School for Girls.
If you wanted to host a corporate booking at the high school, then the Conference Centre would be the perfect space. This neatly presented room can accommodate over 150 people and comes with the use of the projector and PA system. Like its name suggests, this would be a great space for your company conference.
Another studio available to hire at Westcliff High School for Girls is the Drama Studio. This large studio space can accommodate up to 100 guests and has everything you’d want from a Drama Studio including black out curtains and portable staging along with spotlights and a projector.
If you wanted to hold a community gathering or perhaps a large worship event, then then Main Hall at Westcliff High School for Girls would be the best perfect spot. This prestigious and large hall can accommodate over 500 guests and includes the use of floor and balcony seating.
We’re nearing the end of our tour of the facilities available to hire at the high school. Last but not least include a selection of Classrooms, perfect for tuition, language workshops and music classes. There are also Netball and Tennis courts available and a Dining Hall for you to have lunch in between bookings!
