
Hi, I’m Francisca.
I started Schools Plus in August 2018 as a venue supervisor and within a short time was promoted to Team Leader for Kensington Aldridge Academy.
I am now the multi-site Venue Manager for Wycombe High School, Parliament Hill School and The Harefield Academy with the support of my fantastic team.
I’m a West London University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Event Management. I have over 15 year’s experience in customer service, sales, service admin and coordinator roles across luxury brands, live events, hospitality and the finance sector.
I have, however, always loved working in events and being able to deliver a service which people will feel and remember. I love being able to provide more than something material, I’ve always believed that making memories is far more valuable.
Which is why I feel hugely grateful to be able to provide the local communities of my schools with the facilities to achieve this. From one of the events for charities, local projects, health and fitness groups or rest bite for parents with ADHD.
The facilities available across my schools are varied and well equipped to host all types of activities and events and with said I look forward to seeing you at one of them.
