Be a Great Captain
You are the leader out there. You are responsible for your squad and your spectators. Keep the energy positive, look out for your guests, and follow any quick requests or instructions from the school staff on site.
Leave it Ready for School Tomorrow
Real kids and teachers will learn, play, and work in this exact space first thing tomorrow. Please leave the facilities exactly as you found them.
Get Kit & Vehicles Pre-Approved
Planning to bring extra equipment or vehicles onto the school grounds? Please make sure that this is explicitly cleared and specified in your booking beforehand. School sites have strict layout, power, and access limits, so we need to make sure your setup is safe and permitted. Don't forget to take it all with you when you leave!
Food & Drink
To keep the surfaces clean and safe, food and drink can only be consumed in certain locations. You can see what's OK in the details of each facility before you book — or if in doubt, please go ahead and ask.
Play Your Part
This is a school first and foremost. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any dangerous, abusive, offensive, or hateful behaviour. In addition, smoking and drugs are strictly forbidden by law. By stepping onto school grounds, you join our team in keeping this a safe, protected, and welcoming environment for young people.
Respect the Boundary Lines
Please stick strictly to your booked facility and your permitted time slots. Treat the facility and the school with the care it deserves, and it will continue to be there for you and for everyone else for many years into the future.
Our shared promise
We know accidents happen.
If your group accidentally causes damage or leaves a mess, we'll ask you to cover the professional cleaning or repair costs to make it right for the school.
