Meeting people who live in the country of your chosen language will also help you to learn the “real” language. Sometimes, books don’t teach you slang or local sayings, which is half of the fun of communication!
- Languages will help develop 4 main key skills; listening, reading, speaking and writing. Which is great for KS3, GCSE and A-level students.
- Develop confidence. Learning a new language can be rewarding in ways you’ve never thought possible! Overcoming fears and learning about yourself can be a whole new experience! Getting praise from native speakers can also be an ego boost that cannot be beaten.
